 We have two C&G Challenger CNC controlled plasma cutting tables. Both are state-of-the-art water tables. Cutting on a water table transfers the heat produced from the burn into the water ensuring that there is no material warpage. Dimensions can be held to ± 1/16". Table #1 is equipped with a Burny3 controller. The table is capable of cutting material sized up to 96" x 240". It can cut mild steel, cast, aluminum, stainless, AR plate, and magnesium up to 1 1/2" thick.  Table #2 is equipped with a Burny5 controller. This table is capable of cutting sheets up to 103" x 306". It can also cut mild steel, cast, aluminum, stainless, AR plate, and magnesium up to 1 1/2" thick. Additionally, this table will flame cut steel up to 4" thick. We have cut slots and holes in pipe, tubing, channel, I-Beam, and have cut bevels and sprockets.
